Tiny homes are typically mobile structure on chassis and wheels, so the buildings manufactured by General Shelters are not the definition of tiny homes. Rather, they are portable pier-and-beam cabins that are delivered on a trailer and set on blocks above a crawl space, and built to be moved numerous times.
The Guest House by General Shelters is the smallest residence they make, but we added eight feet to the length to accomodate a full kitchen and spacious bathroom.
